MAKING A ROAD THROUGH THE WOOD

HERE I WANTED TO MAKE A ROAD TO GET DOWN TO THE FIELD WITH MY TRACTOR  BUT ALSO TO SEE MY WOOD MORE OFTEN.

GOT HOLD OF GRAVEL

AND WOODEN, IMPREGNATED PLANKS

STARTING AT THE TOP WITH GRAVEL

BUT COMING FURTHER DOWN I HAD TO BUILD A WOODEN ROAD BECAUSE IT WAS SO WET IN THE GROUND

HERE SOME MORE WATER RAN INTO MY TINY STREAM

THE BRIDGE OVER MY STREAM

NOW YOU CAN SEE THE FIELD IN THE BACKGROUND.  HERE ALONG THE STREAM ON THE RIGHT, I REALLY FILLED UP A LOT TO MAKE IT MORE EVEN.

GETTING CLOSE TO THE FIELD AND MY WOODSHED.

THE WOODSHED  LINKS AND MY CAR WITH GRAVEL DOWN ON THE FIELD.  HERE I MADE A CIRCLE SO IT WOULD BE EASIER TO DRIVE UP AGAIN.

APROACHING THE SHED

AND HERE IT ALL STARTS AND NEXT BLOG WILL BE THE CHRISTENING AND OPENING OF THE ROAD!
